Hi everyone,
My name is Regina Graham, and I teach social studies at Johnsonville High School. To say I love this school and community is an understatement. I have been bleeding gold girl riding to away football games in the cheerleading van when my momma was the coach.
This is my 16th year in teaching. I taught my first 12 years at Hannah-Pamplico, but four years ago, I leapt at the chance to return home to where I belong. This year I teach six classes of world history, so if you have a freshman, they will probably spend some time with me. I love teaching. I love getting to know these young people at such an important time in their lives.
Besides teaching world history, I am also the yearbook advisor for the district. I love this job as well. It allows me to use my first degree, a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an emphasis in journalism, that I received from Winthrop University in 1998.
I am so passionate about this school, this community, your children, and the yearbook. If you have any questions, concerns or comments about any of these please never hesitate to email me. I am always happy to hear from you.
Welcome to a new school year. I am very excited about the upcoming semester. To ensure it will be the best it can be, I want to take a moment to let you know what is expected in my classroom. The MOST IMPORTANT RULE is to RESPECT each and every person and treat them as you wish to be treated. This is not only important for the sake of getting along with everyone, but also creates the best learning environment possible. No behavior will be tolerated which takes away from the learning experience of you or your classmates.
